I make my own:

Put 1 crushed organic lemon (peel and all), a few rosemary sprigs in a jar, add about a quart of hot (not boiling) water, let sit over night, strain into a spray bottle and voila. Must be kept in the refrigerator. Thoroughly spray pet and/or human before going out and it works. I also feed two teaspoons of garlic oil to the dogs every day and all we had this year was one tick. I peel a few fresh garlic cloves, remove the (toxic to dogs) green stem in the middle, let sit in canola or olive oil for a few days and off you go.

Who doesn't want to mess with this: Rio Vista sells a spray (PET-SO-SOFT BOTANICAL SPRAY) for dogs that's supposedly very effective.
