I know what your daughter feels Chris, why don't they just say exactly what is on their minds, that way they can be viewed as the weak person they are, the two pups I know that were dumped at the shelter, I know the people that dropped them off there and it wasn't because they didn't have time for them!
It is sad that people have to come up with lame excuses, when we as animal
see right through them. I hope those people out there that drop off their animals have what is coming to them!!!!
I'm sorry had to rant
As for the people that have real reasons i.e. death or family problems, then I sort of see the problem there.
