No worries, I'm hoping to lay it all together and freeze it in glad sacks, then run the band saw through it to cut it into sections of about 40 lbs.
I'll find out when the first calf is going in, I need to get that other freezer sharpish at this rate, (time to hunt through supershopper.com)
