Hi WestHawk,
I'm sorry Sydney is having some troubles. Timber had her scope done at Tuxedo vet. The vet's name escapes me. I think I was also told he was the only one that does this procedure.
I have never needed the Yunnan Baiyao but because Timber just had some drips of blood recently, I decided to pick some up. You can get it at Natural Healing Vet on Corydon. I see Dr. Linda Hamilton for our other dog who has hind end weakness but purchased this for Timber just to have on hand. It is over the counter so I don't think you need an apt. to purchase it. Maybe just give a call because she is the only vet there and believe she was heading out of town to a conference. It is $26 for 16 tablets. It says for a 15-30kg dog 2 capsules 2x daily. >30kg 2 capsules 3x daily. Not sure what dose others have used with success.
There is a blog I read about a dog with nasal cancer and I think he gave his dog a lower dose:

Good luck at the vet and let us know how her scope went.
