This little cat has been hanging outside my window near St-Laurent and Prince-Arthur for over a week. Very hungry, scared. Finally came in for a bite, but panics if I close the window. Seems very young, very long fur, very matted. Lets me pat it but is terrified of my cats. Can anyone help? Is it your cat? He needs have these mats shaven, they must be very painful.
