lol..me too HRP....i dunno why all the shrimp u buy here at the grocery stores have their heads cut off??? In egypt we make a
very yummy dish with shrimp...but u need the heads attached cuz they flavour the stew/sauce....why throw away so much flavour
dont get it.
I have to say i dont really like north american style of cooking seafood...too bland ..then again my uncle comes here and about dies over lobster/oysters and all...not too egyptian
