Yes, they definetely mean well. I guess I always remember the good ol' days when there were less animals, less staff, and more one on one care where we knew every dog's name and history without having to look through a stack of paperwork. And of course a time when we didn't have to worry about people coming in and stealing dogs, especially the pit bulls.
