The cutest cat in the world, Billy, disappeared on Thursday morning, November 23 at about 8:00 am and has not been seen since. He is a grey tabby with a white neck and white paws, medium size, declawed all 4 paws, fixed. He is very, very friendly and we fear he might either be in someone's house or jumped into someone's car... he loves to be petted and actually talks. Please e-mail me at
