You are in a very bad spot Chico2. I wish that there was an easy way to do this. I totally understand your vet not liking you to take charge in this case. Since the owners are neglecting her, you are doing whatever possible.

He is right however, this dog needs vet intervention and not something to relieve the condition but to cure the condition.

This is terrible.
