If it is separation anxiety, you can do the crate training but even before that you can just put the dog in another room of the house while you are there. I'd bet it would start barking same as if you were gone.
I have Bark Busters training so I know what to do (do a "BAHH" noise and/or throw pouches of chain at the door).
OR you could just ignore the dog and reward it as soon as it stops.
