What i am going to say is going to sound nasty but i'm thinking of your dogs well being at this point. Take your dog to the vet asap and have the puppies aborted and your female spayed. You don't know enough about breeding to even attempt it. No knowledgeable breeder would leave a female in heat chained outside by themselves where any dog that can get over the fence can get to her. A full grown chow is more than 40lbs and NO she won't be able to deliver the puppies. There are enough mutts in the humane society now looking for homes. Please get her fixed and don't add to the byb going on already.
