And this is the same dog as you indicate on your 'other' post that does have a foul odour coming from it's other end right?

Ear infections can be difficult to treat. How do u know it's an ear infection, what are the symptoms the dog is having.

If inner / middle ear.. ..the antibiotic treatment should be extended and can take a month of treatment to go away.
Surolan drops are thicker and work better then the plain old peroxide / saline type.
