Update:
My coworkers kitty has been on a raw diet with supplements added. It has helped but not enough.
She started her kitty on pumpkin (about a teaspoon each meal) and kitty has finally had a solid poop  . After all this time, the kitty needed fiber, but no grains.
Yes I told her a year ago to try pumpkin
