It's so disgusting I can't even fathom it.
The public should be demanding answers and every person should be fired. Every person that donated money should get every penny back... I just can't believe this can be allowed in a country like ours. Where are all the other vets in that city who could step up and volunteer to give some treatment to save these animals if the OSPCA is overwhelmed. Humans suck! Well some of them, it's a probably a damn good thing they have security.
