L4 and Cayenne,that's what I was thinking too,the only way to catch him if he is close by is a trap,it could be left near the neighbors house in an area with bushes.
Maybe the neighbor will cooperate and look after the trap
I am glad he's been seen,it could be possible another neighbor is feeding him
Our Humane Society lends out humane traps,maybe yours does too..
