So Roxy got into a scrap with my mother-in-laws terrier. It wasnt a bad fight but terriers are scrappy, and when I was petting her later I noticed a 1 " gash above her eye. We took her to the vet and he suggested to put stitches in as it wasnt something that would heal well without them. She went in this morning to have it done. My stomach was in a knot all morning and I called as soon as I could to check up on her. I hate putting my dogs under anesthetic for anything! She went through fine, she has a cone, antibiotics, and we have to keep an eye on the wound. I'm sure she'll look special with half of her head shaved and a cone! I'm so relieved she's ok!
