a 10 week old kitten into a home with a 14 year old cat
Our family has a healthy active 14 year old cat that we have had since he was a kitten. To make a long story short we are taking in a fixed, vaccinated and microchipped 10 week old kitten.
Our cat is not the most friendly animal and so of course the concern is introducing this new animal into our home.
Of course we would love to hear of others who have had a similar setup i.e. new kitten coming into a home with a much older and somewhat persnickety cat.
Any advice on how to best introduce one to the other to have the best chance of success?
