The parents are likely teaching them now. They have been seen bringing prey in to the area but not the actual kill. The parents are teaching mid air transfers so I am sure it will be soon.
Last week the site mentioned this about Pigott:
Falconwatch Coordinator Alexis Jordan reports: Good news about Pigott. She has been responding so well to enforced inactivity that she now has a hearty appetite and has been transferred to a larger flight cage to let her start testing her wings once more. Her flights will be assessed and we hope she will be 100% recovered soon.
I am concerned because it wont be long before the parents and the boys start leaving the area to hunt and she certainly is going to be at a disadvantage. It will be interesting to see where they release her? She doesnt really have any skills so I imagine it will have to be the nest site and we hope for the best??
