Maybe buy a small bottle of pizza sauce (spaghetti sauce), and put just a tiny spoonful in each of her meals? Just enough to flavor it. Then slowly add less and less. I'm not sure if this is good advice, or whether it would just make her taste for Italian food stronger!
I don't even know what is in pepperoni. Is there pork in it? Maybe her tummy is upset. Gosh, she needs to eat (how's that for stating the obvious?).
She's been through so much, needs to keep her strength up.
