Hmm, interesting. According to J&B's chart
, the phosphorus level is 146mg/100Kcal, which is really quite excellent, and venison tends to be naturally lower in phosphorus than most other types of meat. I'm wondering if that 0.62% isn't a Dry Matter value already?
