They do pts for lack of space L4H  ....where could any organization house so many, it totally sucks the cat crisis, it truly is a crisis....sigh
Aren't they there to investigate cruelty due to animals not getting proper vet care, not going against policy of a no kill shelter to a kill for space?
Wonder who is keeping tabs on the OSPCA  .
