I think hubby's right, "lock him up and start all over". You don't want peeing on the bed to be a new behaviour. Nip it in the bud quickly. There's the slim chance that if he's peeing more than usual he may have a urinary infection. But he's still a young kitten, how old now? Anything else changed in the house he may be reacting too....new cat or dog or house visitor?
