The dinner was good!
The breast meat and drumsticks were done to perfection
It must've gotten real hot at the top of the oven, though, cuz it was done 90 minutes ahead of schedule and the bottom of the bird wasn't quite done...
The only dicey part was watching the flames and hoping they died down before setting the bird on fire!
Luckily they extinguished pretty quickly once I thought to turn the blasted oven off.
