Ethel's b/f's dog Riley a Dutch Shepherd gets terrible black fly bits in his ears that drive him crazy, poor pooch :sad:

I told Ethel to wipe them with Skin So Soft to deter the little pests from biting. What I am wondering is, could this be toxic if licked by either Iggy or his cat?...Or does anyone have any suggestions on what might work better.
