I'd be cranky too if I was pregnant.
I would keep the dogs seperated for now to avoid potential injuries and reduce stress to your female. Please ensure she receives good vet care and consider getting the assistance of a Boston rescue group to help you place the pups in good homes.
Please get your dogs fixed so your girl doesn't have to go through another pregnancy. There are lots of benefits to spay/neuter.
