We left Bell 2 months ago because of the poor customer service . Language always became a problem because I couldn't for the life of me understand the person on the other end . The very last person I spoke to was pretty rude as well because I kept asking him to repeat himself . That was the kicker, I wasn't paying 200$ + to some company for services that couldn't be offered properly. We switched to a cable company and, lo and behold, the cost of the same services was 50% less . Bonus that the tech support is local !
