That's what I do as well. My daughter and sister are vegitarians, BIL does not eat pork and shellfish (Jewish), mother does not eat red meat, and myself and dad are pretty flexible. Dinners can be tricky but I make things that everyone will be ok with. My sister however really can't even be around meat as we get lectures during the meal so I try to avoid it.
