We had a transport one time who had a Cherry Eye. I'd never seen it personally until that time. It shocked the crap out of me when I picked him up from the airport and took him out of his crate. I thought something bad had happened to him. But it turns out that his eye was fine most of the time but when it acted up it was due mainly to stress. The vets didn't think it was bad enough to do surgery or anything on it. Poor little guy was stressed obviously from his flight. He is now in a really loving home and I don't think his eye pops out much anymore.
P.S. Your baby is soooooooooo adorable!
