One thing I would personally LOVE to see on the home page is the Forum Rules. Maybe if the rules are posted there we wouldn't get quite as many people coming on asking about breeding, pregnant pets, and so on. Even if you just have "This is for the most part a very Pro Spay/Neuter forum."
