Basically as a reference for me to refresh my memory about statements that were made etc.
Anyways it didn't really work
right off the bat he was complaining he couldn't hear me so I had to switch speaker phone off & just typed short hand notes to what he said. None of which was all that useful to me
"this is how we do things now" as compared to before the recall etc bunch of company praise blah blah blah etc
