I agree that IM would be great. It would also be nice if the dog and cat section for the general questions was seperated. I realize I'm new to the site, so I'm still trying to figure out where everything is and how it works.
I do like the site it just seems like it would be easier to find general info if those two categories were sepersted. Thanks for the site.
