I know a few people who feed organs frozen because their dogs are happier to eat it that way. Others toss the organs in the blender or food processor and then mix the resulting paste with something the dog does like, ground meat, pureed veggies, yogurt, mashed fish, etc.
You might want to try for more variety in the meat, maybe include some tripe and eggs too.
