2 cups white rice flour
1 cup carob chips
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup milk
1/4 cup molasses
After preheating oven to 325
Combine flour peanut butter, milk, eggs, and molasses.
Add the milk mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well. Add carob chips and mix till blended.
Spoon dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake about 20 minutes and place on a cookie rack to cool.
