Not all worms are visible in poo. Just make sure to pick hers up , just in case.
And for the fleas ..... I would wait to buy some Advantage at the vet. I had a bottle that I bought in a pet shop (don't remember which brand) For the dogs I take out of the pound. That stuff doesn't work too good.
