I thought they are nocturnal ~ meaning that you would have to be there lights off at night. Did you pull out the bed turn the mattress and inspect? Personally I would vaccuum the heck out of every nook and cranny on the couch and bed/ bed mechanism.
~ bugs don't scare me but I sure don't want them in my house let alone my bed.
