Diamond Pet Products has assured us that the rice protein concentrate was purchased at the request of Natural Balance and only used in the recalled Natural Balance formulas. Rice protein concentrate and wheat gluten are not used in any Solid Gold products.
We have not had any reports of dogs or cats suffering acute kidney failure while eating Solid Gold foods.
