small electric coffee grinder which she only uses for this purpose. She puts it in meatloaf, bread, oatmeal, you name it! I even sprinkle whole seeds on my bagel and cream cheese.
I guess it would not hurt to add some to my boys food in the morning. Both boys are good, no bone or joint problem but anything to help them as they grow up is nice too!
