Popcorn was trapped after a life outside, but unfortunately his foster mom didn't properly socialize him. Although he is clean, sweet and gentle, and loves being around his people, he always stays just out of reach.
Feral cats should never be released into the home without being confined and tamed first.
Popcorn cannot stay at his foster home, and needs someone who is knowledgeable about his nature to take him. He will be very easy to get to the point where he can be handled.
He gets along fine with other cats and gentle dogs, and has been neutered.
Can you help this shy boy?
