yep. it'll go down, or it'll go up!
maika has "upped" small bone fragments two or three days after eating so it can take a while for the body to decide what to do with it.
but do watch your doggy... if acting abnormal, no poops for a day or two... get to the vets to rule out possible blockage. this happens mostly with cooked bones though, which are not really digestible.
