ok, here's a rib recipe:
Cut side ribs into pieces (3 or 4 ribs together). Season (salt, pepper, garlic pdr)
Chop onion rings and layer on bottom of slow cooker. Then put in ribs. Then add one bottle of bbq sauce ( I like honey garlic Diana's). That's it! On low, after 7 hours or so, you'll have fall off the bone tender ribs. Serve over rice. If you need it a bit faster, put it on high for one hour first then turn to low, they'll be ready in about 5 hours.
