The thing with "doodle" names is that they're creations of the unethical breeders for marketing purposes. Nobody called them doodle anythings before- they were just mutts or poodle mixes or lab mixes.
Buying from an unethical breeder is not something to be proud of, but caring for two healthy, well-loved dogs is.
I know a couple of people who bought from unethical breeders and have since learned more about it. They don't tell anybody what breeder they got their dog from (they don't want other people to be duped either) but they won't hesitate to brag about who the dog has become.
