she's really spooked. It's an area that doesn't smell familiar to her so the tuna might not be good enough for her...with all the construction, maybe they can lend you a ladder....I am just throwing ideas out. Like you I don't know the situation at all, or Louise...I know that you really thought of keeping her because she was so sweet. maybe she will recognise your voice and come to you.
