If you are close to the U.S. border it would be worth your while to check a vet there. I have a Vet in Ogdensburg, NY for our pets and also a Vet down the street from us for emergencies etc. as it is a 45 minute drive to the U.S. for us. I had my male cat neutered, all shots, anal glands drained, and it cost me 86.00 U.S. Even with the exchage rate it was worth it.
