Hi there,
Female Bettas are not aggressive towards conspecifics in the
way that males are. Occassionally some females will fight a little,
but on the whole they are mostly peaceful towards each other.
Introduce all the females into the tank at the same time if possible.
This will prevent any territory aggression.
Many females can be kept together. It is commonly called a "Betta Sorority".
