Is there a chapter of Rabbit Rescue Society anywhere near you? I am sure they would go and catch these guys. Poor babies - some uncaring human must've dumped them,sigh!
The closest chapter I can find near you is one in northern Alberta but there is also the Vancouver branch of Rabbit Rescue:

IF they are wild, here is method to capture them. Like cats, rabbits sometimes revert to wild behaviour, making it tough to trap them.
