GREAT dog biscuits!!

This is a wonderful recipe. I'm no baker, but they are simple and the dough is easy to work with. This recipe makes a lot of biscuits. Chloe tested them and gives them a 5 Star Rating!
"What a Good Dog" biscuit mix

1/3 cup margarine
3 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup powdered skim milk
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp Parmesan cheese (optional)
3/4 cup water - room temp.
1 egg, beaten

In large bowl, cream margarine and flour. Set aside

In another bowl, dissolve skim milk, garlic powder in water and whisk in egg.

Make a well in flour mixture. Stir in egg mixture and blend well.

Knead dough on a floured surface til easy to work with.

Roll out dough to less than 1/2 inch thickness.

Cut with cookie cutter. Place on lightly greased baking sheet.

Bake 50 minutes at 325F

Store at room temp in a container.

Makes about 50 cookies.
