Dog vomiting and diarrhea.
My dog has just started showing signs of illness about an hour ago.
First he tried to poo and two drops of clear liquid came out. I then discovered
that he had brought up last night's supper. He then started vomiting clear frothy liquid. Is there anything I can try prior to consulting a vet and is it premature to take him to a vet right now?
