The link seems to be broken, Barkingdog, but if the article was about the yellow ribbons on leashes, yes, I've heard about it. The idea has been around for a while, but of course a lot of people have never heard of it and don't know what it means. There have been a lot of news articles and blogs about it, trying to educate people about what the ribbon means.
