Taco/Mac & Cheese Bake
1 lb ground meat (use chicken for less fat).
1 packet taco mix
1/2 cup Salsa
1 box mac & Cheese (PC white chedder works best)
1 cup grated cheese of your choice.
Make taco meat accorind to package directions. When done, add the salsa
Make the Mac & Cheese according to box directions.
Put the taco meat on the bottom of a cassarole dish. Put a layer of cheese. Put the mac & cheese on top, and the rest of the cheese. Bake at 400 until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve on a bed of shredded lettuce with taco fixings, like sour cream and nacho chips on the side.
