Anything by Pam Johnson-Bennett would be a good bet. She's a certified cat behaviour consultant and has written a ton of books on the subject. Here's her website: http://www.catbehaviorassociates.com/
If you want something more technical (and considerably "drier" to read), there's a collection of essays and studies on various feline-related issues called "The Welfare of Cats"
. I found it quite fascinating, but it's pricey.
Tracie Hotchner's "The Cat Bible"
can be a great resource for cat owners. Covers everything from choosing a litter box to what to feed and common behaviour issues that might occur.
If I think of anything else, I'll add them.
